Full ingredient lists are provided to the best of our knowledge and in accordance with applicable cosmetic labeling standards. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Due to the sensitive nature of peptides, each vial is curated by hand and made to order. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-10 business days. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, all sales are final unless the Product arrives damaged or defective.

If an issue occurs, you must contact us within 1 day of delivery with supporting documentation (e.g., photographs). Approved refunds or replacements are issued at our sole discretion.
