Full ingredient lists are provided to the best of our knowledge and in accordance with applicable cosmetic labeling standards. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, all sales are final unless the Product arrives damaged or defective.

If an issue occurs, you must contact us within 1 day of delivery with supporting documentation (e.g., photographs). Approved refunds or replacements are issued at our sole discretion.
